Tolly joined the TIS Group in April 2021. He has held executive HR leadership positions with private equity held and privately owned manufacturing organizations within the automotive and plastics industries. His past experience also includes over 20 years of leading HR teams within Fortune 500 companies at multiple union and non-union business units across North America. Tolly has proudly served and is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces.
MICK O'DONOVAN
Chief Information Officer
Mick joined the TIS Group in August 2021 as the Chief Information Officer. Mick brings years of experience to this role, overseeing all aspects of IT for all operating companies.
RANDY KNIGHT
Vice President, Safety
Randy has been a safety professional in the utility industry for over 30 years. Randy started with the TIS Group in October 2021 after serving as a Safety Director at Thayer Power & Communication. Prior to joining TPC, he worked for many years in safety at AEP.
BRIAN RUFUS
Corporate Controller
Brian started with the TIS Group in December 2021. He brings a wealth of knowledge to this role having spent many years in the Accounting world, holding positions that include Audit, Finance Manager, and Controller.
